I will go further into this place when I go back, but I just happened to stop in today, and decided to grab a Philly roll for my oldest, who eats the barely tolerable sushi from Raleys. I told him I would let him taste a real roll some day, and I haven’t really found a good place to go. I saw them on the way home from visiting my mother-in-law today, and decided to stop in and see what they had. Kick ass menu. I ordered the “Philadelphia” which is Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese wrapped “inside out” with the nori on the inside, and rice outside. Very good, the rice was still warm when I got it home, but the generous pieces of salmon were still nice and cool, as well as the cream cheese. I really enjoyed the rice they used, which is usually not something that makes a different in a lot of sushi I have eaten. Next time I go, I will be bringing my “sashimi virgin” wife, and we will be sampling a few different things. Those that care will check back, all 0 of you faithful readers
